Terms of Service
The rules for using the Vana Studio platform.
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Vana Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service.
2. Use license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our cloud platform for your business or personal needs. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our AI orchestration engine.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. Any actions taken through your account are your sole responsibility.
4. Limitations
In no event shall Vana Studio or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the services.
